In addition, it owns the Bunyu Graphite Project located in Tanzania; and three gold projects, including Kouroussa, Mandiana, and Konsolon in the Birimian Greenstone Belt in Guinea, West Africa. The company was formerly known as Mozambi Resources Limited and changed its name to Volt Resources Limited in April 2016. The company was incorporated in 2003 is headquartered in Perth, Australia.
