The company offers inspection, maintenance, and repair services, such as structural inspections, WROV operation, SCM changeout, scale squeeze operations, water injection, ready for operation, subsea equipment maintenance, repair, commissioning, and boulder clearance; and construction support services, including seabed intervention, boulder clearance, touchdown monitoring, and pre-lay and post- lay survey, as well as vessel, remotely operated vehicles, personnel, survey, and on demand engineering. It also provides asset integrity/pipeline inspection, and engineering and project management services; reach remote services comprising survey, inspection, and IMR and seabed intervention; seabed survey services consisting of site surveys and geohazard investigation, pipeline inspection, seabed mapping, UXO, general, and route surveys; offshore cable; marine construction; and rig and mooring services. In addition, the company offers geophysical monitoring services, which include 4D gravity, seafloor subsidence monitoring, depth watch for seismic nodes, injection integrity monitoring, well drilling, and real time seismic monitoring services; and environmental monitoring services that comprise earthquake monitoring and prediction, C02 storage, and geothermal energy exploitation. It serves oil and gas, renewables, and utilities sectors. The company was formerly known as Transit Invest ASA and changed its name to Reach Subsea ASA in December 2012. Reach Subsea ASA was incorporated in 1909 and is headquartered in Haugesund, Norway.
