The company was formerly known as Fosun Tourism and Culture Group (Cayman) Company Limited and changed its name to Fosun Tourism Group in August 2018. The company was founded in 2009 and is based in Central, Hong Kong. Fosun Tourism Group is a subsidiary of Fosun International Limited.
