Since our establishment on June 8, 2010, we have continuously expanded our asset size and gained operational experience. Thanks to all of our unitholders and other stakeholders for their continued support and co-operation CRR was listed on the J-REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on February 6, 2013. Under our basic policies of investments in residential properties with high growth potential and utilization of the TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group , we will continue to invest on rental residences, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, for singles and small families. We will fully utilize the concept and know-how of the urban rental residence Comforia series, which the TOKYU LAND CORPORATION has produced. We will aim to achieve stable earnings and ensure the steady growth of our managed assets based on medium and long-term perspectives to maximize unitholder value. CRR is aware of the importance of incorporating the social demand for ESG (Environment, Society and Governance) into our business operation and realizing a sustainable society to maximize the unitholder value. Our asset management company TLC REIT Management Inc. established the Sustainability Policy in April 2019 and identified the priority ESG issues as Materiality in July 2019. We share the Materiality with the Asset Management Company and will take sincere actions to address them, to further deepen the trusting relationship with unitholders and other stakeholders.
